The first-period class was English lesson.
Regarding yesterday's marine education program, we gave a presentation on what we did and what we learned. It was interesting to see how everyone summarized it differently.

The second-period class was English lesson.
I mainly learned marine food chain and marine food web. There were some difficult words,I was able to understand it because I have been paying attention in my biology classes at school. I've realized once again how important it is to pay attention in class.

The third-period class was math.
I took a class with my buddy for the first time,so I was a little nervous. Each student worked on different problems and asked questions about the ones they didn't understand. It was refreshing because it was different from Japan. Buddy was solving calculus and sigma notation problems, but I couldn't follow him. This is because he was older, and I hadn't learned it in school yet.

The fourth-period class was PC.
I used my buddy's account to make a poster introducing Japan on Canva. It was a good experience because it was all in English when I created the text and when I research what I didn't understand.

1時間目は英語の授業だった。
昨日の海洋教育プログラムについて、自分たちが行ったことや学んだことを発表した。それぞれのまとめ方が違っていて、とても興味深かった。

2時間目も英語の授業だった。
主に海洋の食物連鎖と食物網について学んだ。難しい単語もあったが、普段の生物の授業でしっかり話を聞いていたおかげで理解することができた。授業中にしっかり聞くことの大切さを改めて実感した。

3時間目は数学の授業だった。
初めてバディと一緒に授業を受けたので、少し緊張した。それぞれの生徒が異なる問題に取り組み、分からないところは質問していた。
日本とは違うスタイルで、新鮮に感じた。バディは微積分やシグマ記号の問題を解いていたが、私はついていけなかった。これは彼の方が年上で、まだ学校で習っていない内容だったためである。

4時間目はPCの授業だった。
バディのアカウントを使って、Canvaで日本を紹介するポスターを作成した。文章を考えるときも、分からないことを調べるときもすべて英語だったため、とても良い経験になった。
